Refund and Exchange Policy:

Merchandise may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in its original packaging, unopened with original receipt.

 

Warranty Policy:

For one year from the date of purchase, when major appliance is installed, operated, and maintained according to instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Sears will pay for Factory Specified Internal Functioning Parts and repair labor to correct defects in materials or workmanship that existed when major appliance was purchased, or at its sole discretion replace the product. In the event of product replacement, your appliance will be warranted by the remain term of the original unit’s warranty period.

 

Warranty policy does not apply to:

Consumable items – including but not limited to filters, belts, bulbs, vacuum bags, and batteries. Items that have been altered or misused, including merchandise used other than for residential purposes. Sears merchandise is not meant for commercial use. Rust as it is a product of its environment in which the appliance resides.

 

Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, fire, floods, acts of GOD, or use with products not approved by Sears. Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, chips, discoloration, and other damage to appliance finishes unless such damage results from defects in materials and workmanship and is reported to Sears within seven (7) days.

 

60-Day Warranty:

Small appliances, countertop microwaves, sewing machines, luggage and housewares, patio, outdoor furniture, camping gear, lawn and garden equipment, gas grills and power washers, fitness and gym equipment, vacuums and floor care items.
